How can you be sitting there?
Telling me that you're kept, that you're kept
When everytime I look around
The people suffer and they suffer
In every way, in every where
Say, na-na-na-na-na, na-na-na
We're the survivors
Yes the black survivors
And tell you what
Some people got everything
Some people got nothing
Some people got hopes and dreams
Some people got ways and means
Na-na-na-na-na, na-na-na
We're the survivors
Yes the black survivors
Yes we're the survivors, Daniel out of the lions' den
Survivors, survivors
So I my brethern, my sisthren
Oh which way will we choose
We'd better hurry, oh hurry, oh hurry woe now
Cos we got no time to loose
Some people got facts and claims
Some people got pride and shame
Some people got the plots and the schemes
Some people got no aim it seems
Na-na-na-na-na, na-na-na
We're the survivors
Yes the black survivors
Tell you what
We're the survivors
Yeah the black survivors
Yeah we're the survivors
Like shadrach, meshach and abednego
Thrown in the fire but never get burn
So my brethern, my sisthren
The preaching and talking is done
We've got to live, oh now, oh now
Cos the father time has come
Some people put the best outside
Some people keep the best inside
Some people can't stand up strong
Some people won't wait for long
Na-na-na-na-na, na-na-na

We're the survivors
In this age of technological humanity (black survival)
Scientific atrocity (survivors)
Atomic mis-philosophy (black survival)
Nuclear mis-energy (survivors)
It's a world that forces lifelong insecurity
All together now
Na-na-na-na-na, na-na-na
We're the survivors
The black survival
A good man is never honoured in his country
Black survival
Nothing change, nothing strange

Zimbabwe

Every man get right to decide is on destiny
And in this judgement, there is no partiality
So arms in arms with arms
We'll fight this little struggle
Cos that's the only way we can
Overcome our little trouble
Brother you're right, you're right
You're right, you're right, you're so right
We go fight, we go fight
We're left to fight, we go fight
We gonna fight, we go fight
Fight for our rights
Natty Dread inna Zimbabwe
Set it up inna Zimbabwe
Mash it up inna Zimbabwe
Africans liberate Zimbabwe
No more internal power struggle
We come together to overcome
The little trouble
Soon we'll find out who is the real revolutionnary
Cos I don't want my people to be contrary
Brother you're right, you're right
You're right, you're right, you're so right
We're left to fight, we go fight
We gonna fight, we go fight
We're left to fight, we go fight
Fight for our rights
Mash it up inna Zimbabwe
Natty trash inna Zimbabwe
Africans liberate Zimbabwe
I and I liberate Zimbabwe
Brother you're right, you're right
You're right, you're right, you're so right
We go fight, we go fight
We're left to fight, we go fight
We gonna fight, we go fight
Fight for our rights
To divide and rule could only tear us apart
In every man chest there beats a heart
So soon we'll find out who is the real revolutionnaries
And I don't want my people to be tricked by mercenaries

Brother you're right, you're right
You're right, you're right, you're so right
We're left to fight, we go fight
We gonna fight, we go fight
We're left to fight, we go fight
Fight for our rights
Natty trash inna Zimbabwe
Mash it up inna Zimbabwe
Set it up inna Zimbabwe
'fricans liberate Zimbabwe
Africans liberate Zimbabwe
Natty dub inna Zimbabwe
Set it up inna Zimbabwe
Africans liberate Zimbabwe

One drop

Ooh yeah, woyo,woyo,woyo, woyo-yo-yo-yo
Spill it in the one drop
And we'll still find time to rap
We're making the one stop
The generation gap
So feel this drum beat
As it beats within
Playing a rythm
Resisting against the system
Ooh-we, I know Jah'd never let us down
Pulll your rights from wrong
I know Jah'd never let us down
Oh no ! Oh no ! Oh no !
They made the world so hard (so hard)
Everyday we got to keep on fighting (fighting)
They made the world so hard (so hard)
Everyday the people are dying, yeah
From hunger and starvation, lamentation
But read it in Revelation
You'll find your redemption
And then you give us the teaching of His Majesty
For we no want no devil philosophy
And then you give us the teaching of His Majesty
For we no want no devil philosophy
Feel it in the one drop
And we still find time to rap
We're making the one stop
And we fill in the gap
So feel this drum beat
As it beats within
Playing a rythm
Fighting against ism and skism, singing...
I know Jah'd never let us down
Pull your rights from wrong
I know Jah'd never let us down
Oh no ! Oh no ! Oh no !
They made the world so hard
Everyday we got to keep on fighting (everyday)
They made the world so hard
Everyday the people are dying
(Dread, dread, dread...)
How, how, how a frightening day ! (repeat)
Eh give us the teaching of His Majesty
For we no want no devil philosophy
Can you hear ?
Give us the teaching of His Majesty
For we no want no devil philosophy
Feel it in the one drop (we're lucky)
For we still find time to rap
And we're making the one stop (let me tell you)
This generation gap
So feel this drum beat

Exodus

Exodus, movement of Jah people, oh yeah
Let me tell you this
Men and people will fight you down (tell me why)
When you see Jah light
Let me tell you if you're not wrong (and why?)
Ev'rything is alright
So we gonna walk alright
Thru the roads of creation
We the generation (tell me why)
Trod thru great tribulations
Exodus alright, movement of Jah people, oh yeah
Exodus, movement of Jah people, oh yeah
Open your eyes and look within
Are you satisfied
With the life you livin' ?
We know where we're goin'
We know where we're from
We're leavin' Babylon
We're goin' to our father's land
(We're lookin' for) Exodus
Movement of Jah people, oh yeah
Movement of Jah people (Send us another brother Moses...)
Movement of Jah people (...a run across the Red Sea)
Exodus alright, movement of Jah people, oh yeah
Exodus, Exodus, Exodus...
Move, move, move...
Open your eyes and look within
Are you satisfied
With the life you livin' ?
We know where we're goin'
We know where we're from
We're leavin' Babylon ya
We're goin' to our father's land
Exodus, movement of Jah people
Exodus, movement of Jah people
Movement of Jah people, movement of Jah people...
Move, move, move...
Jah come to break down pressure
Rule equality
Wipe away transgression
Set the captives free?
Exodus, alright, alright, movement of Jah people
Exodus, movement of Jah people
Movement of Jah people, movement of Jah people...
Move, move, move...
